The Brief:
aruliden a design consultancy based in New York (whom I have been collaborated with for over three years) asked professionals and students at The School at Columbia to predict the cell phone of the future. ..so today's educational technology meeting brought up both QR codes and gamification and we talked about how we could intgrate these technologies into our curriculum. Gina has a notion of introducing game mechanics into the 2nd grade theme of sturcture..how.. she is not sure yet, but not before she brings her "design thinking methodoloy" there first. Karen on the otherr hand thinks we can use the QR codes to help build community. I am hearing all of this after learning about http://www.chromaroma.com/ , Chromaroma, adding colour to your journeys.
Stay tuned.
